Student Service Fee (SSF) – FY 2027 Budget Request Process
An informational meeting regarding the process will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in LSC 325.
All forms are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026 – Please email to ssfcommittee@shsu.edu.
The PowerPoint template is due by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026 - Please email your presentation to ssfcommittee@shsu.edu.
The VPSA office will distribute any documents and upload your presentation to the committee. This will improve time efficiency and allow you the full designated time to present and answer questions.
Presentations will be held on, Friday, February 20, 2026, in LSC 230.
Please call Megan Ellisor at 936.294.3419 starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2025, to schedule your presentation. First come, first serve on time slots.
